Use the Calendly link to schedule the first 30 Minute - Power Meeting to help us better understand your business, legal needs and discuss the deliverables and timelines for work.
Purchase Plan
Upon purchase of a VLC plan, a Welcome email containing a Calendly link will be shared. This will help schedule a 60 Minute - Deep Dive meeting to discuss the details of the scope of work.
Receive Counsel
There will be weekly check-in meetings to discuss progress, open issues regarding deliverables and non-legal related issues. No billable hours, only work done during this phase.
Pause Anytime
The monthly VLC Plans expire after 30 days and does not auto-renew. Resume the plan whenever the need arises or choose another plan that better suits the current requirement.
At a time, we will work on one task per type of legal service. Once the task is complete, we will begin the next task. For example: As per the VLC Pro Plan, we will begin with 1 contract drafting and 1 IP registration at a time.
We will manage the registration process of your existing IP applications, and also manage any IP related issues you may face in terms of registration or infringement.
We can assist you with registering your entity in India, UAE, USA, British Virgin Islands (BVI),Curacao, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Malta, Seychelles and Singapore.
Our experience over the past decade as in-house counsels for global MNC’s (Oriental, AirBnb, Google, Wipro amongst others) in the USA, Middle East, India & Europe means we are well prepared to provide legal counsel in different jurisdictions.
If the plan isn’t working out, then you can request for a cancellation within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days, amounting to 1/3rd of the Plan value.
We will work on the first contract and produce the initial draft for feedback. Whilst awaiting confirmation, we will proceed with drafting the next one. On average, we will be able to draft about 4-6 contracts per month.
We are associated with IP Attorneys who will be able to help you with IP registrations in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, UAE and India. Other countries are subject to request.
Yes, our founder Ryan is the General Counsel to YFIC (a token registered on Coinbase). We also help our clients with obtaining a DMCC Crypto license.
